INSARM has a training cell, aimed at giving training for Professionals on “Problem Solving and Decision Making”.

OUR OBJECTIVES

TRAINING CELL


In order to coordinate and conduct training related activities a training cell of INSARM was formed by Chairman Thiruvananthapuram chapter on 8th August 2015. Sri M K Abdul Majeed, Founding Chairman, INSARM and Sri K Gopalakrishna Pillai Founding General Secretary are chairman and secretary of training cell respectively.

Training Programs


  • Three day workshop/ training programme on “Product design Engineering and Management” on 14, 15,and 16, July 2016 at Hotel Capital Thiruvananthapuram. 19 engineers from 7 organisations participated in the programme. Dr. Kunceria P Isac Vice chancellor of KTU inaugurated the workshop cum seminar.


  • Five day training programme on “Product Design Engineering and Management” for middle level scientists / Engineers at “Advanced Systems Laboratory (ASL), DRDO” , Hyderabad in January 2017.


  • Five day training programme on “Product Design Engineering and Management” for middle level scientists / Engineers at “Armament Research and Development Establishment (ARDE), DRDO” , Pune in March 2017.


  • One day work shop on “Leadership by Strategic Innovation” for scientists and engineers of Thiruvananthapuram at Hotel Capital on November 2017.


  • Five day faculty improvement programme in collaboration with Department of Applied Electronics of Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology (RSET) for teachers of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala at Rajagiri College, Cochin in January –February 2018.


  • Five day faculty improvement programmes at Sarabhai Institute for Science and Technology, Thiruvananthapuram for engineering college teachers of Kerala technology University in December 2018.
